High-Precision Die Casting at Mahekar Engineers

Our foundry is equipped with a comprehensive range of advanced High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) and Tilt Gravity Die Casting machines, offering locking forces from 250 to 1600 tons. We specialize in pressure die casting components ranging from 0.2 kg to 10 kg, and gravity die casting from 0.2 kg up to 25 kg. Each HPDC machine is microprocessor-controlled and fully integrated with advanced peripherals, including robotic metal pouring systems and dedicated electric molten metal holding furnaces. These systems maintain precise temperature control, ensuring consistent density, accurate weight, and smooth surface finish for every casting. Designed for maximum flexibility and repeatability, our casting cells allow for adjustable locking force based on component and die size—enabling superior dimensional accuracy, minimal porosity, and exceptional quality in every cast part.
